Zoland is an online store selling cat food, cat litter and cat accessories, with delivery all over Bangladesh. Our address is Zoland, Uttara Sector 10, Dhaka 1230, Bangladesh.

Products and prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We try to keep product details, photos and prices correct, but mistakes can happen. Product photos are for reference and packaging may change. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. If there is a pricing error on an order, we will contact you before sending it.

Orders

Placing an order is a request to buy. We confirm each order by phone or WhatsApp, and we may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, a product is out of stock, or the details look incorrect.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery. You pay the delivery person when you receive your order.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Please read our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy. They are part of these terms. In short: check your product in front of the delivery person, and return it on the spot if there is a problem. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Discounts and offers

Discount offers, such as the first-order discount and the discount on large orders, apply only as described on our website and may change or end at any time.

Your responsibilities

Please give a correct name, phone number and delivery address. Please check the product information and feed your pet as directed on the packaging. For health concerns about your cat, consult a veterinarian.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by events outside our control. Our responsibility for any product is limited to the price you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
